ABOUT NIRDHAR FOUNDATIONS:

Nirdhar Foundations is an ISO 9001:2015 certified non-profit organization (NGO) dedicated to uplifting impoverished communities and fostering development in rural villages. With a non-denominational and non-political approach, we have been actively working in India for the past six years. Our comprehensive programs focus on various areas including poverty alleviation, child education, healthcare initiatives, blood donation camps, raising awareness about government schemes, promoting forest growth, conserving electricity, and protecting the environment.

Our primary objective is to empower women and girls through basic and vocational education, enabling them to become self-reliant individuals. Inspired by the success stories of model villages like Ralegan Siddhi and Hiware Bazar in Maharashtra, our vision is to replicate their achievements across all rural communities. To accomplish this, we assist villagers in accessing and benefiting from government schemes and support. Despite numerous schemes available for farmers and rural populations, lack of education and awareness often hinder their participation. Therefore, we organize programs and seminars to provide guidance and educate individuals about these opportunities, aiming to alleviate poverty and empower them to lead better lives.

In addition to our focus on education and poverty alleviation, we actively engage with children by providing guidance programs that enhance their interest in education. We identify their unique talents and support their progress in respective fields, nurturing their potential and opening doors to greater opportunities.

At Nirdhar Foundations, we believe in creating sustainable development that encompasses economic, social, and environmental aspects. Our dedicated team works relentlessly to uplift rural communities, enable access to essential resources, and empower individuals to break free from the cycle of poverty.

FOUNDER'S SPEAK:-

JITENDRA GORLE

It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself, Jitendra Namdeo Gorle, as the Founder and President of Nirdhar Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Thane. I am privileged to be surrounded by a remarkable team of hardworking and dedicated individuals who share a common passion for selfless service.

Our primary objective at Nirdhar Foundation is to raise awareness among rural communities and farmers regarding health, education, and government schemes. Through our collective efforts, we organize health check-up camps, extend a helping hand to those in need, and actively contribute to environmental conservation by planting trees.

Allow me to share some personal information about myself. I am a young and enthusiastic individual of 32 years, born and raised in Bhiwandi, a remote town near Ambadi. My educational journey has been characterized by excellence, both in school and college. I hold a degree in Electronics Engineering from RMCET, affiliated with Mumbai University. Presently, I am employed as a Software Professional at a multinational company, where I have gained significant experience and knowledge in my field.

In my personal life, I recently embarked on a new chapter by marrying Dr. Dipali Patil-Gorle, a respected practitioner who owns 'OM SAI CLINIC,' an Ayurvedic clinic in Bhiwandi. Her support and encouragement have been invaluable, not only in my social endeavors but also in my personal growth. I am blessed with a loving family; my father, Mr. Namdeo Mahadu Gorle, actively engages in various social activities and currently serves as the chairman of Vadhu-Var Suchak Mandal in Thane district rural. My mother is a dedicated homemaker.

I am proud to have two accomplished brothers. My elder brother, Mr. Milind Gorle, is a computer engineer working for a multinational software company in Mumbai, while my younger brother, Mr. Hemant Gorle, has been a software professional at Panasonic in Singapore for the past few years. Hemant is also one of the sponsors for our NGO, contributing to its growth and impact.

Growing up in my hometown has instilled in me a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the people in this rural region. My lifelong aspiration has been to uplift the lives of the less fortunate, the uneducated, and the underprivileged. In pursuit of this dream, I engage in social work and continuously explore new technologies and opportunities. Swimming, cricket, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and carrom are some of my favorite pastimes, fostering a well-rounded lifestyle.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve through Nirdhar Foundation and fulfill my passion for making a positive difference. Together with our dedicated team and the support of individuals like you, we aim to transform lives and create a more equitable society.
